Before an event can be listed here you need to Organise a Rally
click on the Rally to get the details of the event, maps and weather links, these pages will be updated with increasing frequency as the date of the event approaches. Should adverse weather force a cancellation it will be shown on the event page.
The Home Built Boat Rally programme for 2009 is now almost completed – see Past Events for reports and pictures to tempt you for next year. Winter events are at the mercy of the weather, so check back before setting out for possible cancellation notice. It’s worth signing up to the HBBR group forum for up to date news.

Hi Mark. f you are anywhere near Kent, you are welcome to look over my Weekender ‘Sweet Mist’. We are at Charing near ashford, Kent. Weekenders are nice boats, have lots of character and are fast, easy and safe to sail even for kids. I tow mine with a 1.6 estate and it can be rigged and in the water in 15 mins ( as long as I am not engaged in long conversations with its admirers!). Ken
